FAQ for fit integrated clients
Q: What is semi-private personal training?
Semi-private personal training means you may be paired with one other client during your training session. Our trainer will still tailor your workout to your specific needs!
Q: Do you offer trial sessions?
We do offer a 1-month trial period during which you can have either 8 or 12 trials sessions with us.
Q: Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes, you just need to give us a 30-day notice to cancel or pause your membership.
Q: Do you offer online training?
Yes! We offer online training through either Facetime or Google Duo so you can train from the comfort of your own home - minimal equipment required!
Q: Do you offer group fitness classes? What kind?
We currently offer a Saturday Community fitness class by donation. If there are other group classes that you're interested in, please let us know and we may be able to arrange a class if there is sufficient interest!
Q: Are there lockers? Change rooms? Showers?
Yes, we have lockers, changing rooms with showers and sweat towels available for use.
Q: Can I book appointments online?
Absolutely! Appointments can be booked online through our Fit Integrated app or the Mindbody web portal. See links here.
Q: Is there parking?
Street parking is available and we also offer paid offsite secure parking stalls.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
Scheduled training sessions can be cancelled more than 24 hours in advance at no charge. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the start time, late cancellation fees may apply.
Q: What kind of cleaning procedures do you have?
All of our equipment is sanitized twice a day, on top of after each use as well.
Q: Can I get a gym membership to work out on my own?
You may get a membership if you are also actively working with one of our trainers. Unfortunately, we do not offer membership access to the public as the gym is primarily a personal training space.
